The concept design process starts with a meeting between all stakeholders, including hoteliers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and consultants, to determine ownership, milestones, and detailed roadmap for project completion.

The Design Development phase starts with conceptual layouts, which portray floor plans, types of furniture, lightings, and fixtures with elevations in design boards and ensure a seamless relationship with interior elements. This step helps clients to get an outlook of how the conceptual design with play out in reality. By materializing the brand's vision, we provide sketches and detailed layouts, including ideas for color palettes, furniture, and fabrics.

Space Planning

The Space planning process starts after the completion of design development drawings. Space Planning includes detailed plans with floor plans, elevations, dimension details, components, and exploration to ensure that the existing property can be integrated with the proposed elements. In this process, we work closely with the client to take approvals and ensure that the project design needs are met. Our team ensures every corner of the property is planned and documented to execute it flawlessly in the construction/renovation process.

3D Model Rendering

3D modeling brings ideas to life. After the approved design concept and space planning, specialized 3d rendering helps in the visualization of design aspects, including interiors, exteriors, furniture design, lightings, and provides the client with a realistic vision. Once the design concept and space planning are approved, a specialized 3D rendering will be presented for the project showing all the design aspects of the property. From rooms, lobbies, furniture, equipment, elevations, everything is portrayed in the 3D Model rendering. It provides a realistic visualization of the finalized design.

As a quality-oriented project partner, our team of skilled executives and professionals make sure to follow industry standards in the manufacturing and designing arena. We use whitebodies to check materials quality, measurements, and construction equipment. For mass production, we examine the entire value chain for any deficiency and errors. For finishing, we use color codes and labels. For packing and box labeling, we use detailed guidelines to safeguard all products, including fragile items from transit to property.

Delivery

Delivery

By combining local and overseas shipments, our logistics team ensures to deliver equipment, furnitures, and fixtures at the client's doorstep. We have a robust network of logistic partners, which provides a minimum burden on the client regarding the freight charges. We are licensed contractors, which ensure timely delivery, installation, and coordinate every aspect of the project. Adhering to timelines and project deadlines is our topmost priority. We provide dedicated managers to deliver and install FF&E to the client's property.
